Summary:

Chemistry X: College and AP Chem is a nicely designed educational app suitable for introductory undergraduate chemistry courses and advanced high school chemistry classes. Content within the app is organized in a straightforward manner into 19 topics that are themselves organized within five broad content areas: chemistry basics, atoms and molecules, states of matter, equilibrium systems, and reaction kinetics. Each topic module includes quiz questions, concise summary information and formulas, and videos that demonstrate how to solve particular problem types. Some modules also include flashcards. Additional features of the app include the “scratch pad,” which allows users to temporarily draw notes or calculations onto the screen as they solve problems, as well as equation sheets and a bare bones Periodic Table of Elements.
