The LabRAM Odyssey is a fully automated and remotely controllable system. The LabRAM Odyssey Raman microscopes were designed for both micro and macro measurements and offer confocal imaging capabilities in 2D and 3D. The LabRAM Odyssey can be used for standard Raman analysis, PhotoLuminescence (PL), Tip Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS) and other hybrid methods. The company claims it can also be configured to enable semiconductor process engineers to qualify the different steps in a timely manner, with a high level of confidence.
