Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics awarded Geneart a contract to produce genes and gene variants for the project “Mutanom – Systems Biology of Genetic Diseases.” Genes will be developed over the next two years, and the expected order volume will be approximately €300,000, or slightly over $426,000.
The Mutanom project’s goal is to research the effects of mutations in the genome and their relevance for genetic diseases. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
