DrugWiki is a convenient, easy-to-use app that supplies users with pharmaceutical information directly from the FDA. The main functionality of the app is a search feature that allows users to input their drug of interest. The app returns results for each manufacturer of the drug. Within each page, users can find a description of the drug, drug interactions, pharmacokinetics, dosage, usage, and contraindications. The app saves a search history for users who want to go back to a previous search and allows users to favorite drugs of interest for easy lookup later. The app does have some limitations: its interface is fairly basic, and the setup of information can be difficult to read on a small screen. Additionally, the free version contains occasional ads that users can pay to remove. Despite its limitations, DrugWiki is a convenient resource for quick searches of pharmaceuticals.
