New England Biolabs (NEB) has introduced the Monarch® Mag PCR & DNA Cleanup Kit (5 µg), a magnetic bead-based system for high-throughput purification of PCR products and DNA. The kit enables purification of up to 5 µg of DNA using a standard bind-wash-elute workflow without pH monitoring. Compatible with manual and automated systems, it supports flexible protocols for oligonucleotides, genomic DNA, and RCA products, offering spin column-level purity with automation-ready throughput for diverse molecular biology applications.
