Elegen has launched ENFINIA™ IVT Ready DNA, a cell-free gene synthesis platform that provides full-length linear DNA templates encoded poly(A) tails for in vitro transcription. The templates are delivered in as few as 10 business days and are free of bioburden, endotoxins, and recombination-mediated variation. The system aims to reduce processing steps and variability in the development of mRNA-based therapeutics.
