Waters released the BioResolve™ Protein A Affinity Columns with MaxPeak™ Premier Technology, designed to improve sensitivity and speed in antibody titer measurements. Featuring non-porous 3.5 μm particles, the columns are described as allowing earlier detection of antibody titers for clone selection and bioprocess monitoring. Compatible with existing LC systems, they also support streamlined workflows that combine titer quantitation and aggregate analysis in a single run. The columns are available in multiple formats to suit a range of applications in biologics development.
