Company specializes in aseptic filling of liquid and lyophilized drugs.

Vetter Pharma-Fertigung obtained a manufacturing license for its Ravensburg Vetter South plant. The license comes after a planning and construction period of three years and an investment of Euro 100 million.

In addition to dual-chamber syringes and cartridges, the new location will enable the company to fill liquid or lyophilized vials as well as single-chamber cartridges. According to the company, the new production lines are flexible, making it possible to quickly change systems and formats, including line clearance, cleaning and disinfection.
