Adeno-associated viruses (AAVs) are effective vectors for delivering novel gene therapies developed for various indications. However, the current workflow used to make AAVs needs some work to enable scientists to work faster, easier, and at scale.

In this GEN webinar, experts will discuss effective solutions for efficient AAV workflows that optimize formulations and simplify manufacturing processes. They will introduce tools from Unchained Labs’ portfolio for AAV preparation, processing and analytics. You’ll learn about Big Tuna, a high-throughput, small volume buffer exchange platform that exchanges and concentrates samples for pre-formulation screening, Stunner, which captures and provides analytics on AAV samples, and Junior, a configurable benchtop automation platform for processes like thermal stressing, shaking, freeze/thaw, and re-formatting. See an example of how the Center for Breakthrough Medicines (CBM) has used Unchained Labs’ tools for early AAV characterization and pre-formulation studies.

A live Q&A session followed the presentation, offering a chance to pose questions to our expert panelists.
