Based on our modular design, an assortment of bioreactors in various sizes can be operated in parallel. Integrated modules provide independent control of pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, agitation, media and gas supply, as well as optical density and off-gas analysis. The compact size of the DASGIP Bioreactor Systems ensures they easily fit into any laboratory, making them well suited for environments where space is at a premium.
DASGIP provides a set of software solutions for optimal bioprocessing at benchtop scale. Every DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System features real-time process control, integrated process historian, and batch and recipe management. In addition, DASGIP provides solutions for interconnectivity of bioreactor systems to third party bioprocess analyzers and supervisory control systems as well as DoE tools and migration strategies, which enable optimization of legacy benchtop bioreactor equipment. The result being that DASGIP bioprocess solutions enable QbD-driven process development.
