Summary:

Looking for a way to bring molecules to life in the classroom? Look no further than the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) Center for BioMolecular Modeling (CBM). The CBM provides 3D-printed models of a number of molecules that educators can request to borrow for two weeks. (Models are available to educators at the middle school to college level as well as outreach staff. Loans are free-of-charge, though the borrower is responsible for return shipping charges.) Each model comes with comprehensive teaching points, and some are also accompanied by classroom worksheets. In addition to the lending library, the CBM website also includes information about upcoming education workshops that focus on teaching with models, and more digital teaching resources are slated to be added to the site in the future.
