The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program is offering a new funding opportunity to small businesses focused on assays and high-throughput screening. The goal of the program is to advance technology areas of need. Researchers and entrepreneurs can submit proposals focused on the development of stem-cell-based assays for high-throughput screening of chemicals of toxicological concern (013), with additional details below. There are two phases of deliverables with $225,000 available for the first (up to 12 months) and $1,500,000 for the second (up to two years).
