Spatial CRISPR Genomics of Tumor Microenvironments

A new spatial functional genomics platform called Perturb-map identifies genes that regulate tumor organization, microenvironment, and immunity at unprecedented scales and resolutions. The platform can help identify genes that regulate tumor composition, organization, and immunity to discover new targets for more effective cancer therapies. Perturb-map detects CRISPR-mediated gene knockouts in tissues using Pro-Codes to mark cells carrying different CRISPR guide RNAs following by multiplex imaging techniques.
