The µEncapsulator system is a high-throughput platform designed specifically to meet the needs of research biologists, offering simple, straightforward encapsulation of single cells, DNA and/or functionalized beads in high precision, identically sized picoliter droplets. This user-friendly system is ideal for characterization of natively paired T-cell receptors (TCRs), isolation of monoclonal antibody (mAb) coding sequences from blood samples, droplet generation for FACS-sorting libraries, and encapsulation of cells in gel microbeads.
