PharmaFluidics
As an alternative to conventional columns, PharmaFluidics offers micromachined nanoLC columns or micro Pillar Array Columns (μPAC™). These µPAC columns display exceptional separation properties with unprecedented peak capacity and narrow peak shapes at low operating backpressure. Due to the innovate production process, very high inter- and intra-column reproducibility will be achieved. Complementary to the 200-cm µPAC columns, this 50-cm µPAC column serves those who are looking for increased separation performance in daily routine proteomic analyses. With an internal volume of 3 μL and a wide range of operational flow rates (between 100 and 2000 nL/min), this column is ideally suited to perform high-throughput analyses with shorter gradient solvent times (≤ 90 min gradients).
