If you’ve ever encountered a venus fly trap and subsequently found yourself craving information on predatory plants, look no further than the International Carnivorous Plant Society website. The website includes extensive information on the many types of carnivorous plants, and cites additional articles and sources for further reading. On the site you’ll find taxonomic information on many of the plant species, images of some truly fearsome examples, and even a guide about growing and caring for your very own specimens. In addition to information on the plants themselves, the website also includes information about the Society, including their current conservation efforts and membership policies. Overall, the International Carnivorous Plant Society website is a well-organized read about a truly fascinating subset of the plant kingdom.
