The Genomics Education Partnership (GEP) is an initiative sponsored by Washington University in
St. Louis that aims to get undergraduates involved in genomics research. The GEP is currently composed of 66 colleges and universities, the names of which can be found on the GEP website. Interested parties can also find information regarding how to get involved with the initiative on the website. The website includes information on past and ongoing research projects—including citations for the resulting publications—as well as a number of related teacher resources such as curricula and assessments. Additional resources can be found on the GEP wiki, which can be accessed from the homepage. The site also includes dates of upcoming faculty/teaching assistant workshops hosted by the GEP.
