Microscope Counter makes it easy to count and keep track of the cells of interest in your samples. The app contains two different counters, which provide a running tally of the total number of cells and the percentage of each count in the total. The app also allows users to designate specific settings for each counter. For example, counters can be adjusted to scale-up by a designated factor and users can set maximum values for each counter. Users can statistically compare the two cell counts right within the app using a chi-squared or sign test. Although there are many cell counting apps available, the additional settings and statistics available in the Microscope Counter make it a cut above the rest and worth checking out.
