The Cellular Thermal Shift Assay’s (CETSA®) unique approach allows the assessment and quantification of target engagement under physiological conditions without modifying the compound or protein. CETSA is based on the same biophysical principle as traditional thermal shift assays but leverages the novel insight that melt curves of proteins can also be measured in intact cells and that proteins unfold and aggregate at individual and specific temperatures.

In this GEN webinar, our distinguished presenters will share best practices to analyze CETSA data starting from reader files to curve fits in one repeatable workflow, using informatics software developed by PerkinElmer Informatics. Moreover, we will learn why the CETSA Navigate HT platform, developed by Pelago Bioscience, is critical for decision-making throughout the drug discovery pipeline. Finally, our presenters will also show how easy it is to standardize lab data analysis across assay types, from assay development to automated high throughput experiments.
