Thermo Fisher Scientific (www.thermo.com) chose the BMC (www.bmc.com) AppSight Application Problem Resolution System to provide support for customers using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and chromatography data systems (CD), as well as to optimize the development of those laboratory software solutions.
BMC AppSight lwill be used to record LIMS and CDS activity in the customer environment and capture a log of user actions and systems events and to determine the root cause of any unexpected application behavior. The AppSight yields productivity gains of 30% or more, according to BMC.
