Simulations Plus (www.simulations-plus.com) gained exclusive access to Enslein Research’s (www.enres.com) database of metabolism measurements for a group of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes. These enzymes are involved in the metabolism of a large number of drug-like molecules. License revenues for this additional module will be shared with Enslein Research.
“The resulting models from this agreement will be embodied in an Enslein Metabolism Module in our ADMET Predictor software,” reports Ron Creeley, vp of marketing and sales for Simulations Plus.
