Pure Bioscience (www.Purebio.com) granted a license to market and sell its silver dihydrogen citrate (SDC)-based products in Brazil to Life Biociencias in a joint venture with PCI International. (www.pciinternational.com) Under the terms of the supply, distribution, and license agreement, Pure will sell concentrate to Lifebio/PCI for blending, packaging, and distribution of nonpharmaceutical SDC-based antimicrobial products. Lifebio/PCI will market products based upon or containing Pure’s SDC antimicrobial for use in institutional, industrial, agricultural, food processing, and household products and applications.
