Aushon BioSystems (www.aushombiosystems.com) gained access to Oxford Gene Technology’s (www.ogt.co.uk) Southern array patents, which cover the manufacture and marketing of oligonucleotide microarrays.
The license agreement, valid for the patents’ lifetime, will enable Aushon BioSystems to manufacture and sell oligonucleotide microarrays worldwide and to perform services based on the technology, according to Sue Sutton, vp licensing North America at OGT.
