Facility will evaluate the oncoFISH® cervical cancer device as well as service medical practices.
Ikonisys has established a clinical laboratory to support proprietary and nonproprietary tests based on FISH. Ikonisys will first initiate clinical trials of its noninvasive oncoFISH® cervical cancer test. The laboratory will also offer FISH-based testing and services to medical providers.
The facility is registered with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under the CLIA provisions and licensed by the state of Connecticut. It is designed for rapid turnaround and accurate, high-quality analysis performed, states Ikonisys.
