Partners will discover candidates for particular targets.
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories signed a drug discovery collaboration agreement with 7TM Pharma to focus on metabolic disorders.The companies will focus on identifying clinical candidates for preselected targets.
They will jointly develop these candidates from the preclinical stage up to Phase IIa. The firms will then have the option of licensing-out the candidates for further development and commercialization or continuing the joint research collaboration.
Dr Reddy’s R&D capabilities will be combining with 7TMs background in the GPCR area and the firms platform, Site Directed Drug Discovery®.
