Cogenics has adopted NuGEN’s Technologies’ Ovation® systems for RNA amplification and target preparation using Affymetrix GeneChip® 3’ expression arrays.
The Ovation Systems’ family of RNA amplification and labeling products were developed for gene-expression profiling and signature discovery using sample types such as as whole blood, fresh tissue biopsies, laser-captured micro-dissected cells, sorted cells, and FFPE tissue.
Cogenics will offer target preparation services using three Ovation Systems including Ovation Whole Blood Solution, WT-Ovation Pico System, and WT-Ovation FFPE System.
