An individual GEN Edge subscription is only $229 per year – an investment of less than $5 per week, and a savings of 37% off! We also offer month-to-month subscriptions at $29 per month.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

When is my subscription activated?

There’s no wait to get access to the content you need – your subscription is active immediately upon completion of subscription sign up and you receive full access to our robust archive!

Do you offer group memberships?

What is your cancellation policy?

During your 30-day free trial period you can cancel at any time without penalty and without being charged. Cancellations of paid subscriptions are effective at the end of your subscription term and you will continue to have access to GEN Edge content until the end of that term. How do I change my password?

To change your password, click here or click “Forgot Password” on the GEN Edge login page. You can also reset your password through your My Personal Details page when you are logged in to your account.

How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment information any time from the My Payment Method page when you are logged in to your GEN Edge account.

I’m not getting my GEN Edge email alerts, what should I do?
