Strong Points: Variety of lines, links to additional resources
Weak Points: Nothing major

If you’ve been searching for that perfect zebrafish, or wondering why your zebrafish are looking green around the gills, look no further than the Zebrafish International Resource Center, from the University of Oregon. The website contains extensive catalogs of genetically manipulated zebrafish lines that are available for purchase, and also allows users to order cDNA and antibodies. In addition to providing zebrafish, the website also contains a Health Services section where you can request diagnostic tests ranging from histopathology and bacteriology to necropsy and molecular assays. The zebrafish is a fascinating creature and an excellent model organism whose use in laboratories will only continue to expand. The Zebrafish International Resource Center is a great website to have handy for any scientists who are currently using or plan on using this model organism in their research.
