Rating:
Strong Points: Tutorials are helpful and informative
Weak Points: Site design is a little outdated

Summary:

The Biology Project, from the University of Arizona, is a collection of problem sets and tutorials for biology students. The problem sets cover a wide range of topics, from basic biochemistry and cell biology to developmental biology and immunology. If the user selects an incorrect answer, the website provides a refresher on the material covered in the question—allowing the user to discern why they were incorrect before being able to try the question again. In addition to the problem sets, the website also provides detailed tutorials on the topics that are covered and activities that teachers can do with their students in class. Although the website itself isn’t flashy, the problem sets are an excellent tool for students or for anyone wanting a quick way to refresh their knowledge in broad biological topics.
