Rating:
Strong Points: Well-written articles
Weak Points: Not much content on site
Summary:
As many scientists are aware, there sadly seems to be much more misinformation than truth on the topic of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The GMO Building Blocks project is a completely volunteer-run project that seeks to change that by creating quality online resources that set the record straight on GMOs. At present, those resources take the form of blog posts and links to additional articles by the Food and Farm Discussion Lab (one of the groups behind the GMO Building Blocks project). Unfortunately, there is not much content on the site, with the last article written in February 2015. However, the posts available provide a nice starting point to teach others about GMOs. Hopefully additional content will be added shortly, as this is a very relevant topic today.
