Rating:
Strong Points: Bursting with info
Weak Points: None
Summary:
Mix up to the minute news stories on biomedical research with miscellaneous science news stories, tech news stories, a great collection of links, and even a relevant set of advertisements (thanks, Google ads), and you’ve got this site. There’s even a set of links to on-line games for scientists who want entertainment “while the gels run.” I get the feeling looking at the site that I’m looking at the appearance of bio-websites of the future. Virtually everything here screams out “click on me,” and, to be honest, that isn’t bad, even if the offering is an advertisement. How can you not click on a link titled Treatments for Dog Cancer? The news stories are great and will be the main continuing draw to the site. A site that I suspect will be bookmarked by many, cellbiol.com is worth a look, even by the skeptical.
