Summary:
Honestly, who has the brain space to retain all of those formulas you had to memorize in your chemistry, math, and physics courses? Thanks to Formulas Lite, you don’t have to worry about cramming all of those equations in your head. This simple app presents pages of equations for each of these three subject areas, and within each area, formulas are organized into subtopics. (For instance, under “chemistry” one will find categories such as gas laws, general formulas, and a list of units and constants.) While the information is nicely organized, the content of the app appears to be taken directly from textbooks. As such, it does not fit nicely onto the screen and the user must scroll across it. In total, this is a useful app as a quick look-up table, but the formatting is not as clean as one may expect from a phone app.
