This webinar will focus on the analysis of single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and protein mutations with high-resolution, accurate mass instruments. Two expert panelists, Dr. Pierre Thibault, Research in Immunology and Cancer, University of Montreal, and Dr. Paul M. Thomas, Northwestern University, will provide different perspectives on the study of protein variants. Dr. Thomas will examine the role of top-down proteomics while Dr. Thibault will focus on MHC peptide immunotherapy.
