Kos Pharmaceuticals and SkyePharma to Host Teleconference on U.S. License Agreement to Market and Distribute Flutiform(TM)

Kos Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: KOSP), a fully integrated specialty pharmaceutical company, will host a conference call today at 8:30 a.m. ET with SkyePharma PLC (NASDAQ: SKYE; LSE: SKP) to discuss the exclusive license agreement for the marketing and distribution of Flutiform(TM) in the United States. Adrian Adams, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kos and Frank Condella, the Chief Executive Officer of SkyePharma will host the call.

The conference call will be available live via the Internet by accessing either company's website at www.kospharm.com and www.skyepharma.com.
