Wnt Pathway Compounds

The Screen-Well™ Wnt Pathway Compound Library is a focused collection of Wnt pathway-modulating compounds for cell-based and biochemical applications. It provides a useful tool for studying activation or inhibition of the Wnt pathway in cells and for use in in vitro applications. A variety of structurally and mechanistically different compound classes are included, for a total of 75 compounds with defined and diverse Wnt pathway activity. They include activators and inhibitors of Wnt family members, Dishevelled, GSK-3ß and other Wnt pathway kinases, TCF/ß-catenin, DKK, LRP, Axin, and Porcupine, among others.
