Two triple-stage quadrupole LC/MS systems, the TSQ Quantiva and the TSQ Endura, enable the quantitation and confirmation of compounds in complex matrices. The TSQ Quantiva’s sensitivity is due to its use of active ion management (AIM), a technique for creating ions and transmitting them from the source to the detector. The instrument can perform 500 SRM experiments per second. The TSQ Endura shares much of the technology of the TSQ Quantiva and was built for workhorse applications that require trace-level quantitation such as pharmaceutical QA/QC.
