The HaloPlex target-enrichment system enables efficient analysis of genomic regions of interest for a large number of samples and can cover thousands of exons per sample. It uses single-tube target amplification and removes the need for library preparation. HaloPlex is compatable with different desktop sequencing and high-throughput platforms.
