System for Screening and Selecting Mammalian Clones

The ClonePix™ 2 System is designed to assess endogenous G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) target protein expression levels in mammalian cell lines and select high-expressing clones. It can detect endogenous levels of protein limited to cell surface expression by utilizing robust white light and fluorescent imaging, identifying and selecting a wide range of expression levels of endogenous GPCRs in situ. The ClonePix 2 system can also enable high-throughput screening, picking up to 10,000 mammalian clones in three weeks. With these capabilities, the ClonePix 2 system can improve workflow efficiency and increase the probability of finding high-quality GPCR-expressing cells.
