Peelable and header-styled breathable pouches are now available; formed with a 3/8 inch seal, the pouches offer puncture protection and abrasion resistance. The peelable, breathable pouches are available in sizes ranging from 13” x 15” to 24” x 30”. The white side is made of uncoated medical-grade Tyvek and the clear side is made of PET and 2 mil LDPE. These pouches feature an accessible unprinted corner peel and are suitable for ETO, gamma, and e-beam sterilization. The breathable pouches with header are made of 4 mil LLDPE with a 1073B heat-seal coated Tyvek header and are available in sizes ranging from 10” x 15” to 19” x 30”, including the lip of the bag. These pouches are suitable for ETO and gamma sterilization.
