Gibco® KnockOut™ CTS™ SR Growth Factor cocktail and KnockOut CTS ESC/iPSC XenoFree kits enable feeder and feeder-free growth of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). The KnockOut SR GF cocktail is sold as a standalone product and can also be purchased prebundled in the KnockOut CTS XenoFree ESC/iPSC kit as a virtual kit. KnockOut SR GF Cocktail CTS along with KnockOut SR XenoFree CTS and KnockOut D-MEM CTS can be used for hESC cryopreservation, hESC and iPSC derivation, and routine culture maintenance. The cocktail and media combination can provide a serum-free, xeno-free environment that can be used for long-term passaging of stem cell lines.
