Vitronectin XF™ is a defined xenobiotic-free cell attachment substrate for stem cell culture and differentiation. As a recombinant fusion protein containing the full-length human vitronectin sequence, Vitronectin XF is expressed in human cells under chemically defined, xeno-free conditions and is effective for long-term passaging and differentiation of multiple human pluripotent cell lines while maintaining genetic stability. Vitronectin XF can be handled at room temperature and is available both as a standalone product and in a kit format with all required buffers and six-well plates.
