The buffer system of Quick-RNA™ purification kits allows the user to selectively purify total, large, or small RNAs from the samples of interest. Kits include Spin-Away™ filters and DNase I to ensure removal of DNA during purification. Samples stored in RNAlater® can be processed directly without the need for reagent removal. RNA is purified and can work well for RT-PCR, next-gen sequencing, transcription profiling, Northern blotting, and hybridization.
