Offered in partnership with Harvard University, the TaqMan® hPSC Scorecard™ panel and accompanying software is a qRT-PCR assay that integrates gene expression analysis with bioinformatics for a scorecard for the cells in question. The hPSC Scorecard software scores cells against an internal reference standard, which can provide a confirmation of pluripotency and lineage bias, but can also lead to a better understanding of the inherent PSC variability.
