The dual-color Neurite Outgrowth Staining Kit allows for imaging and quantification of neurite outgrowth and cell viability in the same sample. The kit consists of a combination of fluorescent and background suppression dyes from Molecular Probes®. A typical workflow using this kit can range from 15–30 minutes and involves two media exchange steps prior to taking a measurement.
