The mouse genome has been added to the PrimePCR assays for qPCR. PrimePCR assays are real-time PCR primers that have been experimentally validated to ensure performance. Through a collaboration with Biogazelle, SYBR® Green-based gene expression assays for the mouse genome were designed, optimized, and validated. In addition, the PrimePCR mouse assays allow full integration with CFX real-time PCR systems and data analysis software, and predesigned pathway and disease plates curated by Thomson Reuters for canonical pathways and related collections can help researchers identify and investigate key targets.
