A motorized focus stage and stand are now available for use with both standard and custom microscopes. The focus stage gives submicron resolution and is self-contained with stepper motor drive, motor controller, and mouse for speed/direction control. The focus stage and stand are part of a range of microscope components available to contend with diverse tasks in light microscopy.
