Mab Antibody Purification
Capto™ adhere multimodal BioProcess™ Medium is an anion-exchange medium designed for post-protein A purification of monoclonal antibodies at process scale. The ligand gives a different selectivity than traditional ion exchangers. Capto adhere can remove contaminants such as DNA, host-cell proteins, leached protein A, dimers, large aggregates, and viruses, in a single step, which allows for the design of a two-step process when used with MabSelect SuRe™. Some performance benefits include high capacity and productivity in flow-through mode, contaminant removal to formulation levels in post-protein A purification, a wide operational window for pH and conductivity, and savings in time and costs with a two-step chromatographic process.
