The Microlab AutoLys STAR workstation has been tested with blood, saliva, paper punch, and other types of forensic specimens. It uses the Microlab STAR platform and is compatible with all Microlab STAR instruments. The workstation includes equipment such as a 2D barcode reader, heater-shakers, an AutoLys tube, four robotic channels to manipulate and transport AutoLys tubes, and a centrifuge.
