iCorr™ is a fluorescence light microscope module that can be integrated on Tecnai™ transmission electron microscopes. With iCorr, researchers can capture both light microscopy and electron microscopy data in one instrument. Imaging for both fluorescence and electron microscopes can be done sequentially without manually exchanging the sample between the two modes, which can help preserve sample integrity.
