Library Quantification Kit

The ddPCR™ kit is used with the QX200™ Droplet Digital™ PCR system to quantify Ion AmpliSeq gDNA and RNA libraries, producing measurements of amplifiable library concentrations without the use of standards. The kit can increase the number of useable reads, enable consistent loading of Ion Torrent sequencing platforms, and increase the utilization of sequencing runs. ddPCR fluorescence amplitude plots can be used to highlight well-formed and poorly formed libraries, and the resulting data can provide measures of library quality not provided by other methods, including the percentage of nonamplifiable species (such as adapter dimers) and the size range of library inserts.
